Methodox Wallpaper Generator · v0.1
Nothing ships as a picture. Every wallpaper is painted from scratch on your own machine, at whatever resolution your screen asks for.
City Skyline
How it goes
There is no project, no canvas and no file to manage. The window is a picture, the picture follows the settings, and the button underneath writes it out.
01
Five of them, each showing a live thumbnail of its own output rather than an icon of one.
02
Named sizes rather than two number boxes — desktop, ultrawide and phone.
03
One button. The seed goes into the file name, so you can find the same wallpaper again.
The library
Each one is a piece of code rather than a folder of images, with its own handful of controls — the ones that change the picture in a way you can see and predict.
A downtown cluster of towers, windows in seven colour temperatures, and a lake that gives most of it back.
Hanging curtains over an arctic valley, with a frozen river carrying the sky's colour down between the ridges.
Waterfalls pouring off the undersides of islands into nothing.
A drowned chamber lit from an opening you never see.
Ray-cast with real cast shadows, so the light at the crests is earned.
Output
A ladder of named sizes rather than two number boxes. Every entry is a screen someone actually owns, and picking one reshapes the preview immediately, so what you are looking at is always the picture you are about to save.
Reproducibility
The same seed gives you the same wallpaper — next week, at a different size, on a different machine.
That is why the seed is on screen rather than hidden, why Shuffle is one button, and why the number is written into the file name. A folder of these is a folder you can get any of them back from.

The interface
Selecting a generator fades every accent in the program — buttons, chips, sliders, the frame around the preview — to a hue sampled out of that generator's own palette. It is one variable, and it makes the window belong to the image it is making.
Availability
Every build and the release notes live on the store page. Nothing to sign up for and nothing sent anywhere — the program does not talk to the network at all.
